8 WEEK CHECK UP FOR CANNON

I took Cannon to his 8 week appt today (Aug 10) and here are his stats:
Weight: 8 pounds 11 ounces.....5%
Length: 21 1/2 inches........5%
Head: 15 ........10%

My little man is so tiny, and Im not used to it. Before I had him I really was hoping that since it was my last baby that I would have a smaller baby with alittle bit of hair, and guess what I got exactly what I wanted. Im glad he is staying smaller for a little longer than most, cuase Im enjoying the newborn stage so much. Im not ready for him to get big. I love holding him and staring at him. He is the best little baby ever. His skin is just the perfect shade of brown...haha, he has tan skin and Im so jealoous. His eyes are going to be brown, and he is absolutely perfect in my eyes. Im going to list some things he does and likes right now just for me to remember..my blog is my journal, so sorry if it doesnt interest you.

Cannon is drinking 4 ounces of milk every 3 hours
He loves being outside...he calms down if he is upset when he is outside
He likes his swing but he doesnt love it like Tracen did.
He is 8 weeks old and still wearing newborn diapers
Alot of people tell me he looks like my brothers
He loves his binky but has a hard time keeping it in his mouth
We tried 4 or 5 different binkies until we found one that he liked
He likes tummy time but not for to long
He waked up only once in the night to eat but quickly goes back to bed
He is getting long eyelashes. Both Hallie and Tracen have big eyes and long eyelashes
He is a very loved little boy by EVERYONE
He still like to be wrapped tight and swaddled at night in his crib
He never did sleep well in our room in the playpen so he was in his own room and crib before he was a week old. He sleeps alot better.

We love our little Cannon so much!
